Nominations
Complete the business nomination form to receive an email confirmation and the nominee marketing tool kit.
Public Nominations
Complete the public nomination form and we will contact the nominated business. Nominated businesses must then complete the online nomination form to be eligible.
Voting
Anyone may vote for nominated businesses on this website or by SMS using the nominee's unique code via the voting hotline number 0498 500 100.
Become a Finalist
The top 10 vote-getters in each category progress to the Finalist Stage. Finalists will be notified by email and phone, and receive the Finalist Questionnaire.
Judging
Completed questionnaires and mystery shopping reports are submitted to the panel of judges.
Winning
All category winners are announced at a special Awards Dinner
